Step 1
Firstly, unbox the multimeter and identify the components included in the box.

Secondly, charge the multimeter using a 5V USB charger.


Step 3
Now, connect the testing probes to the multimeter. You can turn on the multimeter using the power button located at the top of the device. Afterward, explore the different modes and test the torch.

Next, we will go through each mode one by one.
AC / DC Voltage Measurement
- The multimeter defaults to SMART mode. To switch to voltage mode, press the FUNC button on the left side once. Then, connect the red probe to the INPUT jack and the black probe to the COM jack.
- You can toggle between AC and DC modes by pressing the SEL button. Once in the appropriate mode, use the probes to measure AC and DC voltages.
- Safety Warning: Please be aware of voltage limits. Avoid measuring voltages exceeding 1000V DC or 750V AC.


Resistance Measurement
- Change the mode to the Ohm (Ω) symbol. Then, insert the red probe into the INPUT jack and the black probe into the COM jack. You are now ready to measure resistance values.


Continuity Test
- Change the mode to the audible symbol. Then, insert the red probe into the INPUT jack and the black probe into the COM jack. Touch the probes together, and the buzzer will beep while the indicator lights up. This mode allows you to check for continuity.


Diode Test
- Change the mode to the diode symbol. Then, insert the red probe into the INPUT jack and the black probe into the COM jack. You can now test diodes using the testing probes.


Capacitance Measurement
- Change the mode to the capacitor symbol. Then, insert the red probe into the INPUT jack and the black probe into the COM jack. Before measuring, make sure to discharge the capacitor, then use the probes to measure the capacitance.


AC/DC mV voltage measurement
- Change the mode to the mV symbol. Then, insert the red probe into the INPUT jack and the black probe into the COM jack. You can switch between AC or DC by pressing the SEL button. You are now ready to measure millivoltages using this mode.


Frequency / Duty Measurement
- Change the mode to Hz. Then, insert the red probe into the INPUT jack and the black probe into the COM jack. You can now measure the frequency and duty cycle using the testing probes.


Temperature Measurement
- Change the mode to C/F. Then, connect the positive pole of the K-type thermocouple to the INPUT jack and the negative pole to the COM jack. You can now measure the temperature in Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).




Non-contact AC voltage detection
- Change the mode to NCV-LIVE. Remove all probes and bring the NCV sensor close to the area you want to sense. When a low signal is detected, the green LED will light up, and the buzzer will emit a low beep. When a high signal is detected, the red LED will light up, and the buzzer will emit a high-pitched beep.
- Alternatively, you can use one probe by switching to LIVE mode using the SEL button. Connect the red probe to the INPUT jack to check the signal.




mA current Measurement
- Change the mode to the mA symbol. Then, insert the red probe into the mA jack and the black probe into the COM jack. You can now measure milliampere (mA) values using this mode.



Ampere current Measurement
- Change the mode to the A symbol. Then, insert the red probe into the A jack and the black probe into the COM jack. You can switch between AC and DC by pressing the SEL button. You can now measure ampere (A) values using this mode.
